We are seeking an enthusiastic Training Lead to support internal training efforts across various departments. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring employees feel confident explaining our product to end users. You will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the training process including creating and hosting training sessions for new and existing employees, updating training materials and evaluating the effectiveness of said trainings.

Develop, host and maintain in-depth training programs for new hires, focusing on our product offerings
Train existing employees based on nuanced departmental needs (advanced product topics, competitor analysis, refresher trainings, etc)
Collaborate with Hiring Managers of various departments to ensure training is meeting expectations, modifying the offerings as needed
Continuously analyze employee feedback to further refine training
Ensure all exam and training materials are current and effective
Document departmental specific training outlines within Notion and/or GURU
Host the annual Security Training for all employees

1+ years’ experience in a training/customer service or equivalent role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present complex information in a simple and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Self-motivated with the ability to effectively organize your time/workload
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mentality
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Hybrid remote in Shelton, CT
Pay: $63,000 plus an annual bonus of up to $2,000
