Sourcer/Recruiter– become a dynamic part of our team!
As a RightCapital Sourcer/Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our company. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and have a strong background in sourcing and getting applicants through the finish line. You will work closely with other members of the Operations team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process and candidate experience.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, to identify and engage with passive candidates on various platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tool.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements and develop sourcing strategies to meet their needs.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in RightCapital’s homegrown applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve the sourcing and recruitment processes.
Proven experience as a Sourcer/Recruiter with a track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Familiarity with using Boolean search strings to identify and engage passive candidates.
Prior experience in recruiting within the Connecticut region is preferred.
Experience recruiting for startup tech companies or financial services firms is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated self-starter who can effectively interact with key business partners
Organized with strong time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, etc).
Experience with MAC iOS preferred
