We're looking for a Marketing executive who will join our leadership team to own the entire marketing function and be responsible for lead generation, product messaging, and brand recognition. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of building lead engines that fuel long-term, repeatable growth, have experience leading high-performing marketing teams, have owned and delivered on marketing-contributed leads and pipeline targets, and have had success working in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup environment.
In this role, you’ll be leading the development and execution of campaigns and strategies to drive net new leads into our funnel and convert them to customers to help us hit our customer acquisition milestones. This role will report directly to our CEO and will oversee a talented team of marketing professionals.
Own the entire marketing engine, including lead generation, creative, content, product marketing, PR, and website design, in parallel with marketing systems, operations, and analytics across all functions
Own and scale our email marketing efforts
Increase sales pipeline through inbound and outbound marketing strategies
Track and evaluate the success of marketing strategies and campaigns
Execute revenue operations best practices and strategies using tools such as Salesforce, Customer.io, Salesloft, Discovery Data and more
Create content that maps to the buyer's journey and generates a large volume of leads
Lead the implementation of new tools as needed and be accountable for their effectiveness
Present performance metrics and reports to management
Partner with sales, customer success, and other team members to help them be more effective in their roles with unmatched marketing support
Manage and grow our marketing team, attract, grow, and retain talents
10+ years of marketing experience in financial services.
Experience in driving marketing strategy in a SaaS, fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment is a huge plus.
Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
Expertise in lead generation, creative, content, product marketing, PR, and website design
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales models, bonus points if your target customers were in the financial advisor / SMB segments.
Experience partnering with sales to drive new revenue growth, has owned pipeline and lead gen targets
