RightCapital is the fastest growing financial planning software, helping retirement and investment advisors to better serve their clients. At RightCapital, our Marketing team is growing and we're seeking out a Marketing Specialist that will serve as a key partner to our Sales team. In this role you will create new content and cadences for our sales team, as well as monitor content performance so that we can increase the effectiveness of every touch point with our prospective customers. You will work closely with Sales leadership to identify new cadences and be the face of Marketing as we enable the Sales team on best practices. Reporting in the VP of Marketing, this role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Marketing.
Monitor email performance for Sales Associates and Sales Development Reps, implementing new content optimizations via Salesloft and Salesforce
Produce new written and visual content for team to leverage during sales cycle; covering everything from prospecting to post-demo workflows
Manage effective distribution process of leads to Sales Development organization, leveraging Salesforce data wizard and MS Excel
Conduct regular training sessions; staying abreast of latest trends in order to bring product and industry insights to the Sales team
Maintain content repository for Sales team, making it easy for our Sales team to easily find and leverage Marketing generated content in their day-to-day activities
Continuously identify new content ideas from across the company, partnering with the Marketing team to bring new campaigns to life
1-3 years of Marketing experience preferred
BA in Marketing, Business, or related field
Prior experience or familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Canva
A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training best practices
Experience preferred, but strong interest required for marketing SaaS products within the financial planning industry

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 am ET – 6 pm ET
Location: Hybrid for employees within commuting distance to Shelton, CT.
Overall target compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 per year based on experience, total compensation.
