RightCapital's Product Associate will help support the next phase of our organization's evolution.  Your success in this role will require strong analytical and communication skills, including an eye for detail and the ability to support multiple projects at once.  You will be an essential component of the RightCapital product team, ensuring we continue to expand our capabilities as the company’s growth accelerates. 

You will participate in the creation, design, and testing of various projects designed to enhance RightCapital’s industry leading product features and to increase efficiency for our internal teams.  These projects will include coordination with our engineering team and communication with internal groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review feedback provided by customers and internal associates, help to select and prioritize projects that meet the needs of all constituents.

  • Take ownership of assigned product projects, including creating wireframes for front-end design, and writing detailed specifications for how functionality should work.

  • Perform functional and regression testing related to all product releases and help to identify and report any bugs or inconsistencies with product design.

  • Establish strong collaborative relationships with functional leaders and teams in Sales, Partnerships, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Engineering. Communicate new product initiatives and identify opportunities to create efficiencies with internal systems.

  • Be the first point of contact for customer support issues. Triage to identify the root cause where possible in conjunction with Engineering and Product Support teams.  Provide consistent communication to all affected parties until the issue is resolved.

  • Provide input and feedback on all product initiatives and activities.

Location, Schedule & Salary:

  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

  • Location: Shelton, CT (Hybrid)

  • Overall target compensation: From $55,000 per year, plus an annual bonus
